Hamburger bread being one of value meals today. Although we can just buy hamburger buns in our local bakeshops, supermarket, why not try a hand doing hamburger bun that you can call your own achievement. Here am giving you tip on how to do it. We need the following

Baking Ingredients

1000 grams first class flour or bread flour

10 grams instant yeast

10 grams bread or dough improver

15 grams iodized salt

100 grams egg

150 grams white granulated sugar

50 grams vegetable shortening

10 grams vanilla

20 grams skim milk or any powdered milk

450 grams water

sesame seeds

Baking equipment/utensils

weighing scale that can read 2 grams to 1 kg

mixing bowls

spiral mixer or dough roller

hand mixer

baking tray

Procedure

1. In a large mixing bowl, sift first class flour, instant yeast, bread or dough improver,skim milk or powdered milk.

2. In another bowl, beat eggs until fluffy, vanilla, iodized salt, white granulated sugar, water, vegetable shortening. Make sure that iodized salt and sugar are properly dissolved in water.

3. Make a well in the center of dough mixture in(1) , pour the liquid mixture.Mix with your hand, knead dough until smooth and elastic. You can use a spiral mixer or a dough roller(a 2 piece fabricated cylinder).

4. Rest for 5 minutes. Prepare a long log out of the dough and scale up 30 grams a piece.

5. Grease baking tray with vegetable shortening .

6. Start each piece of dough into a ball using the palm of your hand, press with your palm and arrange in the baking tray. Sprinkle sesame seeds on each bun.

7. Allow doug to rise until double. You can check if okay to bake by pressing or poking your finger on the dough.If it leaves a well or dent, This is now ready for baking.

8. Preheat oven to 250 degreees fahrenheit. Bake the dough and close oven. Wait for 5 to ten minutes until golden brown.

9. Remove buns from oven. Allow to cool. Pack or store if not ready to use.
